At Select Solutions, all employees and contractors share a responsibility to promote a safe work culture that is founded upon the identification, assessment and control of workplace risks and hazards. This is highlighted through inductions, toolbox meetings, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and ongoing safety awareness initiatives.

Select Solutions has a risk-based, client focused approach that integrates our business functions and compliance requirements under an auditable framework. The integrated management system incorporates the Quality Management System.

The Quality Management System focusses on identifying and delivering to the customer’s requirements. It addresses quality at all stages of the delivery cycle, thereby enabling employees and contractors to continually improve processes and to provide best practice services to our clients.

Environment

Select Solutions understands the importance of maintaining and protecting the environment and conducts operations in an environmentally sound manner, observing applicable industry codes of practice, government requirements and company standards.
